Setup Guide
Ready in 3 Minutes
No technical skills needed. Just plug in, connect, and watch your characters glow.
Plug In the Display
Connect the USB-C cable to the display and plug into any 5V/1A USB power source. The clock screen will light up.
Connect to GIFTV Hotspot
On your phone or computer, open WiFi settings and connect to the GIFTV hotspot (or scan the QR code on the screen). Open a browser and go to http://192.168.4.1.
Configure Your Home WiFi
Select your 2.4GHz home WiFi network, enter its password, and click SAVE. The clock will restart to join your home network.
Capture New IP with Camera
CRITICAL: As the device reboots, it displays its new local IP address on the screen very briefly. Keep your phone camera ready to take a quick photo of the IP (e.g., http://192.168.1.105) before it disappears. Enter this IP in your browser to open the panel anytime.
Common Questions
Make sure you are connected to the "GIFTV" WiFi hotspot. If your phone disconnects because it has no internet, disable your mobile data (cellular data) temporarily and select "Keep Connection" when prompted.
The clock only supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks. 5GHz networks are not supported. If your router uses a combined single name for 2.4G/5G, please enable a separate 2.4GHz guest network in your router setup.
To force the clock back into setup mode, plug in the power cable. As soon as the progress bar or screen lights up, unplug it immediately. Repeat this power cycle 3 times. On the 3rd power-up, it will enter AP mode and show the "GIFTV" WiFi hotspot and QR code.
