Shipping Overview
At Pixelcreat, we ship compact 3D-style desk displays to fans worldwide. Our goal is to process every order quickly, pack it safely, and keep you updated with tracking once the package is on the way.
Delivery estimates below begin after order processing is complete. Weekends, holidays, customs checks, and local carrier delays may add extra time.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During flash sales, seasonal promotions, or high-volume launches, processing may take slightly longer.
If we need to confirm your shipping address or order details, we may contact you by email before dispatching your package.
Shipping Options and Delivery Time
We currently offer standard worldwide shipping and an optional express upgrade:
- Standard Shipping: Free worldwide shipping, usually delivered within 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery, usually 4-8 business days after dispatch, available for an additional $5.00 USD.
Exact delivery speed can vary by destination country, local carrier capacity, and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
You can check your package through our Track Order page or directly on the carrier website.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pixelcrate.shop.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but once a package has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees. These charges are set by your country or local carrier and are the customer's responsibility.
Pixelcreat is not able to control or prepay all destination-country customs charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or carrier claim where appropriate.
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, contact us and we will help check the shipment status with the carrier.
